This highly respected national firm of Chartered Accountants has an exceptional opening for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager.

Operating from the Leeds office and across the Yorkshire market the business has a great reputation for delivering outstandingly supportive, proactive and forward-thinking advice.

You will work within an established corporate finance team who advise quality owner managed businesses predominantly within the U.

Within this role you will be expected to confidently advise various privately owned high growth businesses encompassing most aspects of corporate finance, both buy side and sell side including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBO's, MBI's, equity and debt raising and valuations.

It is likely you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CA, ICAEW or ICAS).

Additionally you'll have a desire to excel and be prepared to contribute to the wider success of the firm, including managing and coaching less senior members of the team.

Client interaction is vital so you must possess admirable customer facing relationship skills.

Those with either corporate finance lead advisory experience or perhaps due diligence experience but wishing to broaden their skill base would be considered.

You will also have the opportunity to be market facing and build a strong network.

There is some flexibility for office and home working - but this is a role which requires you to be in the Leeds office regularly each week (the nature of building a network within the Leeds deal community).
