Sharp Consultancy is recruiting an FP&A Analyst on behalf of a growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an early studier (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is analytical, commercially minded, and eager to gain experience in a forward-facing finance role.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain customer fees, reconcile transactions, and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage CRM updates and support monthly sales forecasts
- Deliver weekly reporting internally and to international stakeholders
- Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to provide financial insight
- Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Support ad-hoc projects and attend Sales & Operations meetings

- Early studier (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with aspiration to become qualified
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
