As Finance Officer, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of financial operations, supporting both the Head of Finance and wider team. Your contribution will directly support the ongoing success of services, helping to ensure the charity continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance inbox, responding to queries efficiently
- Prepare month-end journals
- Complete bank reconciliation
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register
- Support with year-end processes
- Maintain the purchase ledger and rectify any discrepancies
- Raise and issue sales invoices in a timely manner
