What you’ll be doing as a Finance Manager

Managing the finance function, including month-end, management accounts and statutory reporting

Leading budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management processes

Providing financial analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making

Ensuring robust controls and processes across the finance team

Business partnering with production, supply chain and senior leadership to drive profitability and efficiency

Managing and developing a small finance team to support business growth
What we’re looking for

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience

Strong management accounts and reporting background, ideally within manufacturing or a related sector

Confident communicator able to work closely with non-finance stakeholders
