What you’ll be doing as a Finance Manager

  • Managing the finance function, including month-end, management accounts and statutory reporting

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management processes

  • Providing financial analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making

  • Ensuring robust controls and processes across the finance team

  • Business partnering with production, supply chain and senior leadership to drive profitability and efficiency

  • Managing and developing a small finance team to support business growth

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience

  • Strong management accounts and reporting background, ideally within manufacturing or a related sector

  • Confident communicator able to work closely with non-finance stakeholders

  • Proactive and commercially minded approach to problem solving
