Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a successful and well-regarded manufacturing business in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Finance Manager.
This is a hands-on finance role reporting directly into the Company Director and will include responsibility for one other member of the team. The business is happy to consider applicants looking for either full-time or part-time hours (3β4 days per week).

This is a varied and rounded Finance Manager role with key responsibilities including:

Preparation of monthly management accounts

Cashflow forecasting and monitoring

Month-end reporting and financial analysis
-
Oversight of day-to-day financial operations
-
Monitoring business costs and supporting cost control

Business partnering with commercial, production, and operational teams

Managing bank reconciliations

Overseeing VAT returns and liaising with external accountants at year-end

Coordinating monthly payroll data and managing employee expenses

Ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
