Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Managing supplier statements and resolving queries promptly
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cashbooks
- Supporting month-end processes
- Assisting with payroll preparation and staff expense processing
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar finance role
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
