The Role

Working alongside operational and senior leadership teams, you'll:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

  • Provide financial insight to support planning and decision-making

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and regular performance reports

  • Analyse financial results and explain key trends and variances

  • Support business cases and project evaluations

  • Develop meaningful management information that helps teams understand performance

  • Contribute to financial planning and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting

  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting

About You

We're keen to hear from individuals who have:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualification, or are nearing completion of their studies

  • Experience within a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar finance role

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly

  • Confidence working with colleagues from a variety of departments

  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to share ideas

  • Good Excel skills, with experience using financial systems an advantage
