As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll lead the forecasting, budgeting and finance planning processes, providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision‑making. You will also be responsible for enhancing FP&A processes and strengthening relationships across departments to ensure finance remains a trusted business partner.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and reviewing of management reporting, ensuring information is accurate and relevant.
- Ownership with financial planning activities including budgeting and forecasting by working with stakeholders.
- Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential risks and opportunities to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with different departments to analyse performance trends and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Contribute to system and process improvements to enhance reporting quality, data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Support internal and external audit activities through the preparation, analysis and provision of financial information.
- Assist with transactional finance processes and provide wider support across the finance function and other ad‑hoc activities as required.
Person specification:
- Part Qualified or Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Commercially minded with experience of interpreting data
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting knowledge
- Previous ownership of management accounts
- Experience of working collaboratively with finance and non‑finance teams
