The Audit & Accounts Senior position offers a clear progression path, including a route to Manager. This role is open to individuals with mixed Audit & Accounts experience, Audit or Accounts. Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Lead accounting processes end to end
- Lead audit processes from planning through to completion
- Manage a portfolio of varied local clients (small, limited companies up to larger group structures)
- Prepare and review the statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Assist in the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
- Provide supervision and coach junior team members including review of their work
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide genuine business advice
Person Specification:
- ACA / ACCA qualified or Qualified by Experience
- Strong Accountancy practice background
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
