Duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Develop and maintain a varied client portfolio including SME’s, OMB’s and larger group structures
  • Proactively monitor client needs including upselling and cross-selling different service lines where needed
  • Support on business development activity including attending new client meetings with senior management
  • Ensure the accurate production and delivery of year end accounts including taxation reviews and submission of statutory accounts
  • Provide effective tax planning services where needed – including on advising on structures and other notable schemes
  • Lead and develop a small team including setting objectives and bespoke personal development plans
