Within this role you will be expected to confidently advise various privately owned high growth businesses encompassing most aspects of corporate finance, both buy side and sell side including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, MBI’s, equity and debt raising and valuations.
It is likely you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CA, ICAEW or ICAS).
Additionally you’ll have a desire to excel and be prepared to contribute to the wider success of the firm, including managing and coaching less senior members of the team.
