We\’re recruiting for a growing UK manufacturing business in Bradford is seeking a Commercial Management Accountant to join their team. This is a highly autonomous, varied role where you\’ll act as the bridge between finance, operations, and commercial teams – providing insight, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitability and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve profitability and streamline processes.
- Deliver accurate product costings for new products and initiatives to support strong margins.
- Provide forward-looking financial analysis and recommendations to influence key business decisions.
- Collaborate on monthly sales forecasts, track performance, and challenge deviations.
- Support pricing adjustments linked to raw materials.
- Oversee stock management, including investigations into discrepancies.
- Identify risks and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence business strategy.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
