Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end sales ledger process
  • Raising and processing high volumes of sales invoices accurately
  • Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
  • Chasing outstanding payments and managing aged debt
  • Building strong relationships with internal departments and external clients
  • Resolving invoice queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
