Key Responsibilities- Procuring spare parts from suppliers and maintaining effective inventory levels
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts and services
- Providing high levels of customer support and aftersales service
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on departmental KPIs
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a small team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers

- Previous experience within a similar role in a similar sector
