Sharp Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Bradford for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation offering hybrid working and the chance to play a key role in delivering an efficient payroll service.
Your responsibilities will include
- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and within deadlines.
- Preparing and distributing payroll documentation, including payslips and year-end information.
- Maintaining accurate employee payroll records.
- Supporting payroll reporting and assisting with month-end payroll activities.
- Ensuring payroll processes are completed in line with company procedures and current legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience working within a payroll position.
- A good understanding of payroll processes and payroll legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
