We are partnering with a global, private equity-backed logistics business headquartered in Bradford to recruit a Financial Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth organisation with an international footprint, offering strong exposure to statutory accounting and external reporting within a dynamic environment. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely statutory accounts across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and supporting the wider finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of statutory financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Supporting the year‑end audit process and liaising with external auditors
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Assisting with month‑end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting processes

Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified
