Job description
This is a unique opportunity within the manufacturing industry for a CIMA/ACCA/ACA Part Qualified accountant to join a growing finance team where you will gain exposure and hands on experience from day 1.
As an Assistant Management Accountant in this team, you will be supporting the Management Accounts as well as taking on responsibility for some of your own projects. You will be responsible for production of financial data to agreed timetables whilst working with different teams to enhance profitability.
The main duties of this role, but not limited to:
- Providing financial input and support.
- Assisting with the production of Month end and Year end accounts
- Producing commentary on Month/Year end reports presenting to Senior Members of the finance team
- Providing help and assistance to other colleagues within the team and working with the wider Finance Team
- Coordinating with auditors (both internal and external)
- Other Ad-hoc duties when required
As you develop within this role and company there will potentially be opportunities for you to progress. You will gain exposure to the entire finance process along side the study support to become a fully qualified accountant.
Ideally you will be a studying CIMA/ACCA/ with experience in Management Accounts/ Assistant Accounts/ Finance Assistant who is looking to further develop their skill set within accounting.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
