Key Responsibilities Raise and process invoices accurately Ensure invoices are correctly allocated Maintain accurate accounts and billing records Process adjustments, credits, refunds and account amendments. Ensure income transactions are coded correctly to the appropriate site and nominal ledger. Carry out first-stage credit control activities and follow up overdue payments professionally and promptly.
