This role is focused on performing pre-investment financial due diligence and analysis. You will be helping the investment team with sound investment decision making and supporting information for investment committee papers β and also the portfolio team with investee companies exit readiness.
To be considered you will need to be a qualified chartered accountant, whether ACA or CA β ie. ICAEW or ICAS and have up to date financial due diligence experience from with professional practice.
