Summary
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations – Clinical Packaging is responsible for enabling data-driven commercial execution across the Clinical Packaging business. This role leads Salesforce administration and evolution, delivers executive-level reporting and analytics, and serves as a strategic partner to Sales and business leadership. Operating within a centralized Sales Operations model, this position will drive standardization, improve data integrity, and support scalable growth across global teams while helping develop internal capability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead Salesforce administration including fields, workflows, validation rules, Lightning pages, and governance
· Align CRM structure to support business P&L, pipeline visibility, and KPI reporting needs
· Support future Salesforce to ERP integration and data architecture initiatives
· Develop and own monthly KPI reporting and quarterly Board-level materials
· Build and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
· Deliver insight-driven analysis to support decision-making and commercial strategy
· Ensure pipeline integrity, forecasting support, and CRM data quality
· Identify and implement process improvements and standardized ways of working
· Partner with Clinical Sales leadership and regional business leaders as a trusted advisor
· Facilitate BD management meetings and performance review cadence
· Mentor and develop Sales Operations team members and support training initiatives
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
· 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or Analytics
· Advanced Salesforce experience required
· Strong experience in reporting, dashboards, and analytics
· Experience supporting executive-level reporting and performance reviews
Preferences
· Strong preference for candidates with Clinical Trials or Clinical Packaging experience; however, candidates with transferable experience in complex commercial or operational environments will also be considered
· Familiarity with clinical development lifecycle and associated commercial processes
· Experience working in a global organization (US + EU) preferred
· Experience with Power BI or advanced data visualization tools preferred
