High-growth, Australian SaaS company in the health tech space is expanding rapidly in the UK and is looking for a driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead brand growth & awareness efforts across the region.
The business is an AI-powered SaaS platform transforming the way health professionals run their practices. They’re trusted by thousands of clinicians across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and they’re investing in their London-based team’s growth with big plans.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising digital campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility in the UK market. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of demand generation in a new market with a hugely successful Australian brand, and make a real impact on their growth story.

What you’ll be doing
- Paid advertising – Manage and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- SEO & website – Drive organic traffic, manage content updates, and oversee content releases to increase visibility and rankings.
- Email marketing – Create targeted sequences for acquisition, nurture campaigns to drive website traffic and sign-ups, and deliver updates to existing clients to support upsells and renewals.
- Social media – Own the UK social calendar. Work with internal teams to create content, brainstorm ideas, and run creative, market-relevant campaigns that engage and convert.
- Events – Plan and promote local events in London, supporting on-the-ground delivery to build awareness and generate leads.
- Campaign localisation – Adapt existing strategies for the UK audience, ensuring cultural and market relevance.
- Brand building – Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, strengthening the business voice and presence in the UK market.
- Performance analysis – Track results across channels, report insights, and make recommendations for continual optimisation.
- Collaboration – Work closely with AU-based teams across time zones to align campaigns, share assets, and deliver results.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital, demand + lead generation focused marketing within the UK.
- Strong understanding of SEO and paid advertising is essential.
- Marketing background within B2B SaaS, experience with a healthcare customer base is a big bonus.
- Innovative mindset and comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote teams across time zones and operating autonomously.
