In this role, you will work with a set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance and steering them to make the right long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.
Knowledge and Experience- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in different environments.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to deliver tasks to meet deadlines.
- Deliver work in line with best practice.
- Up to date with the latest Microsoft Technologies, with knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud being essential.
- Intermediate-Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365/Office 365, Hyper-V and other virtualisation platforms.
- Experience of setting up and supporting on-premise server hardware and software, including Exchange, firewalls, antivirus, backup expertise and networking skills.
- Friendly and hardworking individual.
