Are you a commercially driven Product Marketing professional who thrives on launching products, shaping portfolios, and driving real business impact? We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of a defined product portfolio and play a key role in maximising its performance, profitability, and lifecycle success. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this is a highly collaborative role working across sales, finance, legal, operations, and supplier partners to ensure products are market‑ready, compliant, and commercially successful.
The Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of your product area — from roadmap creation and launch, through to performance optimisation and supplier management. You’ll bridge product strategy and go‑to‑market execution, ensuring every launch lands successfully and continues to deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a six‑monthly product roadmap for your assigned portfolio
- Successfully launch factory‑developed products and services in line with launch guidelines
- Identify and introduce local products and services that enhance the overall offering
- Source and manage suppliers, including specification development, negotiation, and contract completion
- Ensure all products, services, and suppliers meet Sharp compliance and legal standards
- Create and maintain performance dashboards, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with sales channels and internal stakeholders to support product adoption and success
- Act as a positive ambassador for Product Marketing, building strong cross‑functional relationships
- Support product planning and development requests from ESBC and factory teams
About You
You’ll be a confident, analytical, and results‑focused professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to influence across the organisation. You will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in product or product marketing management
- Proven ability to plan and deliver successful product launches
- Strong analytical skills, using data and metrics to inform decisions
- Commercial awareness and a clear focus on revenue and profitability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A solid understanding of compliance, governance, and quality standards
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and external partners
