In this role, you will work with a set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance and steering them to make the right long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in different environments.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to deliver tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Deliver work in line with best practice.
  • Up to date with the latest Microsoft Technologies; knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud is essential.
  • Intermediate-Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365/Office 365, Hyper-V and other virtualisation platforms.
  • Experience of setting up and supporting on-premise server hardware and software, including Exchange, firewalls, antivirus, backup expertise and networking skills.
