We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Manager to build and lead a forward-thinking L&D function that drives growth, performance, and transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our L&D leader, you will:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business goals
- Build a blended learning ecosystem across digital, in-person, and on-the-job solutions
- Lead key programmes including:
- Corporate induction redesign
- Apprenticeship framework development
- Sales Academy programme
- Manager Essentials programme
- Conduct a company-wide Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps
- Own and manage the L&D budget, reporting, and ROI measurement
- Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organisation
- Manage and optimise learning platforms such as KnowBe4 and GoodHabitz
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions
- Source and manage external providers to ensure high-quality delivery

About You
You will bring:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working across multiple sites or functions
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and ROI
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for developing people
