We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded End User Sales professional to join our Pro AV team. This role blends new business development with strategic account management, focusing on expanding our footprint with mid‑to‑large end‑user customers. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with system integrators and internal solutions teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business with a focus on scalable customers that meet defined criteria.
- “Land and expand” by identifying opportunities across key applications and solutions.
- Prospect and profile new accounts using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Support customer demos and POCs both onsite and in our demonstration facilities.
- Build strong relationships with key AV system integrators to maximise opportunity flow.
- Develop a healthy pipeline aligned to sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and help them build compelling use cases for Sharp’s display solutions — locally and across regions.
- Build multi-level contact networks in managed and prospect accounts.
- Support wider business segment goals and contribute to growth strategies.
- Collaborate with partners and consultants where needed to deliver complete AV solutions.
- Effectively manage your pipeline using our CRM platform.
- Provide accurate project updates to support forecasting.
- Use reporting dashboards to track personal and business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ recent experience in end user business development or a similar new business sales role.
- A self‑motivated, target‑driven sales professional with a track record of success.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with mid‑to‑senior‑level stakeholders.
- Solid technical understanding of AV systems and/or networking environments.
