What You’ll Do:

As a Digital Optimisation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind improving the performance of our European B2B websites and campaigns. Your focus will be on CRO, SEO, UX, lead generation, and marketing performance reporting – helping us grow smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive ongoing SEO improvements using SEMrush and Google Search Console
  • Lead CRO and UX optimisation across European websites
  • Support on pan-European lead generation campaigns and local campaign execution
  • Oversee campaign tracking and help teams achieve top-notch performance and ROI

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Set up accurate tracking and goals across all digital platforms
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with real insights that drive decision-making
  • Champion data-led improvements across campaigns and websites
  • Provide training, documentation , and internal workshops to elevate the digital marketing skills of our wider team
  • Mentor colleagues, support new starters, and work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Product
  • Be a key player in a pan-European digital marketing community driving innovation and consistency

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a solid track record in SEO, CRO, UX, and lead gen
  • Experience working on multi-language, multi-country websites
  • Hands-on with tools like GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Hotjar, Clarity , and marketing automation platforms like Act-On or HubSpot
  • Experience with CMS platforms like Drupal or Magento
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead, support and inspire others
