Sharp IT Services is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our team at a client site in Ipswich . This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional eager to develop their technical skills and deliver exceptional client support in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a 1st Line Support Analyst , you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent service delivery. You’ll work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and wider support team to maintain high service standards, contributing to client retention and growth .
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, update, and progress support tickets to ensure client confidence in issue resolution.
- Meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain a high standard of service.
- Continuously develop technical skills to enhance service delivery.
- Prioritise and organise daily tasks to align with client expectations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Act as an ambassador for Sharp IT Services , upholding our reputation for excellence.
