Norfolk Clubhouse is a peer-driven community for mental well-being, based in Norwich and Watton. We are seeking a new Trustee with previous experience of serving as a charity Trustee to join our Board to support the strategic development of our services in Norfolk.

What difference will you make?

As a trustee with charity change management experience you will provide vital input in sourcing a permanent home for Norfolk Clubhouse in Norwich and in supporting the sustainable growth of our operational team at both Hubs.

What are we looking for?

We seek someone local to Norwich who understands the particular issues facing adults living in Norfolk with mental health challenges. Experience of change management in a charity setting in relation to sourcing a suitable building for us to occupy and in developing strong relationships with other organisations is essential.

What will you be doing?

As a trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future direction of Norfolk Clubhouse supporting change management. In 2026, we anticipate making several significant decisions regarding funding and the establishment of a permanent base for our services in Norwich. Thanks to a successful year of fundraising, we are funding a part-time Group Facilitator for our Norwich Hub for the next 12 months. The Trustee will contribute to service development and coordination.
