Sharnford is a small village school of three classes, we strive to ensure that the children who come to us are given every opportunity to develop socially and emotionally as well as academically. We pride ourselves on being a school with a very strong family feel, where staff and children know each other extremely well, treat each other with respect and most of all, feel included, valued and safe.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed Teacher to work alongside our dedicated staff team. Our vision, 'Many hearts make our school nourishing, flourishing and fruitful', is at the heart of all that we do and this core principle rests upon a strong foundation of Christian values which we ensure the children in our care know and use in their everyday lives.

We are very much part of the community of Sharnford and develop good links with the village by regular visits to St Helen's church as well as by participating and contributing to local events. Being part of a multi-academy trust ensures we can offer not only a broad, varied and rich curriculum but also a wide range of many valuable learning experiences too.
