Responsibilities

We have an exciting vacancy for an enthusiastic and well organised administrative assistant to join Sharnbrook.

Your work will include reception duties, greeting visitors, answering emails and telephone calls, inputting attendance and school lunch orders, managing pupil records including admissions data, overseeing arrangements for school trips and after school clubs plus general office duties.

The opportunity

Qualifications

  • A good educational background - GCSE qualifications or above.
  • Experience of working in a school or office environment.
  • Experience in working in an administrative environment.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team.
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues.
