We're not offering a salary. Here's why that's actually the better deal. CallCatch AI is an AI receptionist built for London tradesmen. When they're on the tools and miss a call, our AI calls the customer back, qualifies the job and books it into their calendar. They just show up to the work.
We're hiring Sales Reps, and we're doing it commission only. No base. No cap. No ceiling. Here's the structure:
- £50 every time a tradesman pays for the £299 trial
- £75 every time a tradesman pays for the £399 trial
- £250 every single month for every client that stays active
That last one is the one that matters. You don't start from zero every month. You build.
- 5 clients = £1,250/month recurring
- 10 clients = £2,500/month recurring
- 20 clients = £5,000/month recurring
On top of every new close you make that month. The product is a simple, emotional sell. Most London tradesmen miss 4 to 7 calls a week. That's up to £8,000 a month walking out the door while they're on a roof. You show them that number and the conversation changes.
We don't care if this is your first sales role or your fifth. We care that you're hungry, you can talk to real people, and you understand that the work you put in this month pays you every month after.
Who this is NOT for:
- People who need a salary to feel safe
- People who won't follow up
- People who can't explain a simple product simply
Who this IS for:
- Self-starters who want to build something, not just earn something
- People who are good on the phone and don't need their hand held
- Anyone who's looked at a commission structure and thought — I can run with this
Fully remote. Your hours. Your way.
