We're looking for a camera-confident Content Creator Intern to join our Social Team in London. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who's comfortable performing in-front of camera, quick to pick up on social trends, and excited to help scale content across markets and languages.

What You'll Do

  • On-Camera Content: Film and execute social-first concepts, ensuring high-quality content aligned with pre-production planning and materials. Create content in both English and a second European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian), adapting tone and delivery for each audience and platform. Partner with the social team to translate briefs and concepts into short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. Stay on top of platform trends and formats, bringing fresh ideas.
  • Production Support: Support pre-production planning, including storyboards, shot lists, and shoot logistics. Assist on set during Shark and Ninja shoots, helping keep production running smoothly. Help organize and label raw footage for editors, and support basic edits where needed. Liaise with freelance editors and the studio team to keep deliverables on schedule. Support uploading, scheduling, and light performance reporting on organic content.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in English plus at least one another European language, preferably French, German, Italian or Spanish.
  • Comfortable and natural on camera — presenting, demo-ing, and performing without feeling scripted.
  • Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube (personal projects, coursework, or prior internships all count).
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong eye for social trends, formats, and social-first storytelling.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and organizing production work.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple shoots and deadlines at once.
  • Based in or able to work from London.
