About The Role

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Social & Influencer. Location: London (Battersea).

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to help drive the delivery of Ninja Kitchen’s influencer strategy across always-on and campaign activity.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the influencer ecosystem and is ready to take ownership of programmes, relationships, and processes.

You will manage influencer activity end to end, from scouting and contracting through to execution and reporting, while playing a key role in shaping how Ninja shows up in culture.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Influencer Scouting & Talent Mapping: Proactively identify, assess, and recommend creators across platforms, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead fee negotiations, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines, working closely with Legal and Procurement where required.
  • Influencer Seeding & Gifting: Own proactive and reactive seeding and gifting programmes, ensuring product is placed with the right creators at the right moments.
  • Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and their agents, acting as a trusted brand partner.
  • Content & Quality Control: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines while maintaining creator authenticity.
  • Reporting & Performance: Analyse influencer performance, surface insights, and make data-led recommendations to optimise future activity.

Management: Understanding of content calendars and a methodical and strategic approach to content planning and mapping, posting & scheduling, social media trends, and reporting.

Creation: Plan, create, and publish higher volumes of engaging, on-brand content for Ninja’s owned channels, driving more active participation in our online community through seeding, content creation, influencer activity, and active community management.

Management: Ownership of social media handles and audiences, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive, on-brand community across platforms to build loyalty and drive meaningful conversation.

  • What You’ll Bring
  • Solid hands‑on experience in social media & influencer marketing, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, or social‑first brands.
  • Proven experience managing social media & influencer campaigns end to end, including negotiations and contracts.
  • Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and content deliverables.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and performance.
  • A strong pulse on creator culture, emerging platforms, and social trends.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, including trends and best practices.

This role offers flexible working; however, regular attendance in our Battersea office is essential.
