About The Role

The Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation is a highly influential individual contributor responsible for driving the global execution of Shark Ninja's highest‑priority growth initiatives.

Partners across the enterprise to bring global strategic growth opportunities to life through disciplined execution, cross‑functional leadership, and organizational alignment.

This role focuses on geographic expansion, new channel development, direct‑to‑consumer growth, social commerce, and other commercial opportunities, leading initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale while partnering across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Analytics, Compliance, Finance, Customer Experience, and other key functions.

  • Strategic Growth Execution
  • Lead execution of Shark Ninja's highest‑priority growth initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives focused on geographic expansion, new market entry, channel expansion, direct‑to‑consumer growth, social commerce, and other strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans, defining milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Build strong partnerships across the enterprise to align resources, priorities, and execution plans.

  • Demonstrated experience leading AI‑enabled initiatives, including evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of solutions that create measurable business value and operational impact.
