What You’ll Do
- Revenue analytics & reporting: Analyse sales, pricing, margin, and customer performance across EMEA.
- Performance insights: Track KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
- Partner with leadership: Work with RGM and commercial teams to influence pricing, pack architecture, and promotional strategies.
- Pricing & promotion optimisation: Evaluate price positioning, promotional effectiveness, and competitor activity to support data‑driven decisions.
- Forecasting & planning: Support revenue forecasting, scenario modelling, and long‑range planning to drive alignment across markets.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure insights translate into execution and impact.
- Knowledge sharing: Help standardise RGM reporting, tools, and best practices across EMEA to scale success.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 2–4 years in an analytical, commercial, RGM, category management, or finance role (consumer goods or retail a plus).
- Analytical mindset: Strong Excel skills and exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Commercial curiosity: Understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers – with a passion for improving business performance.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; able to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Detail & agility: Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
