  • Set the vision: Define and drive the long term R&D and technology strategy across key categories future focused, bold, and built to win.
  • Own the portfolio: Prioritise what matters, manage risk, and keep programs on track, on budget, and ahead of expectations.
  • Collaborate like a pro: Partner across Design, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly.
  • Drive results: Use data, insight, and instinct to guide decisions, influence leadership, and deliver meaningful business impact.

Deep experience: 20+ years leading Engineering or R&D, including running large, complex, global teams and portfolios.

Data driven thinking: Comfortable using numbers to prioritise, justify investment, and make smart calls.

Technical depth: Experience with airflow, performance driven systems, or similar complex engineering challenges.
