We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Media Manager to join our expanding regional marketing team in the UK, based in London. You will be key in developing, executing, and optimising our media strategy across multiple channels with a specific focus on driving brand awareness and sales. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, and ensure the successful execution of media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives, marketing goals and sales targets, for the UK market.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Category Marketing, Creative, IMC, FP&A) to define campaign media targets, set budgets, define audience strategies, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the bridge between upper and lower funnel media activation, feeding insights to the DTC performance team and leveraging their learnings to optimise media strategies.
  • Oversee accurate and timely reporting of media campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics and insights are shared with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Analytics, DTC).
  • Manage media buying across a variety of channels, with a focus on Social first campaigns, but also including OLV, Display, CTV, OOH, Broadcast TV, partnerships, and more.
  • Oversee the execution, optimisation, and tracking of media campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that are accessible and understandable for the wider business.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and technologies, recommending new media opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across the full media mix.
  • Expertise in the UK media landscape, including emerging opportunities.
  • Experience in full-funnel marketing activation, with an understanding of how each part of the funnel contributes to overall campaign success.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning Social and Digital first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales, etc.).
  • Experience in end-to-end media campaign and project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset and passion for developing engaging, innovative advertising.
  • A problem solving approach to driving success.
  • Knowledge of the small domestic appliance industry is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of prior experience in a media agency, media owner, or client side media team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
