  • Lead and animate the EMEA month-end close cycle, delivering high-quality variance analysis, management commentary, and P&L performance reporting.
  • Own integrity checks and performance analytics across the P&L; proactively identify trends, risks, and focus areas for FBPs and Analysts to act on.
  • Manage P&L submissions and lead corporate reporting activities during month-end and forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery.
  • Establish and maintain clear forums with the Accounting team to review the balance sheet and support quarterly and year-end closing.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between EMEA Finance and the Global BI & IT team, ensuring alignment on tools, reporting priorities, and the rollout of global projects into the EMEA environment.
  • Lead the local execution of FP&A projects – including PowerBI dashboard development, global P&L fundamentals alignment (e.g. gross-to-net, Oracle SKU-level data, legacy BI migration) & global forecast redesign.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Champion simplification across FP&A processes (month end & forecast), leveraging AI tools, analytics, and structured ways of working to reduce manual effort and increase impact.
  • Drive a culture of documentation, simplification, and continuous improvement within the EMEA FP&A team.
Team Development & Line Management
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering analytical capability, ownership mindset, and professional development across the EMEA FP&A function.
  • Line management of one qualified Senior Analyst.
Attributes & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role within a global organisation, with strong exposure to month-end close, forecasting, and budget cycles.
