As the EMEA Director of Partnerships at SharkNinja, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive brand growth and visibility and enhance the consumer experience with our brands. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing teams (Product & Integrated Marketing), Social Media, PR, Media, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure our partnerships support and amplify brand and product initiatives across all Shark and Ninja categories. From co-marketing opportunities to innovative collaborations and global expansions, you will act as the strategic connector and relationship builder who brings powerful partnerships to life.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with SharkNinja's brand and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to align partnership strategies with product roadmaps and marketing launches.
- Develop and lead co-branded marketing programs with partners, including event activations, content development, and media initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, timely execution, and ongoing alignment.
