SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people’s lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market and developing one consumer product after another.

At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers.

As our brands scale globally — and particularly across EMEA — social isn’t a support channel, it’s where discovery, conversation, and demand are created. We’re building a social creative engine designed to move at the speed of culture across every market we operate in, and we’re looking for creative leaders who can help shape it.

Why This Role Matters

Social-first creative at SharkNinja is built to be felt, shared, and acted on rather than passively watched. Across EMEA, our opportunity is enormous — and the creative bar needs to match. The Creative Strategy Director is the creative owner for SharkNinja brands on social across EMEA markets — starting with the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and expanding beyond.

This role is embedded within the Global Social Creative team, working hand in hand with global creative leads to ensure every market’s social presence is original, culturally relevant, and best-in-class. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can ideate, write, direct, and make — while partnering closely with the Global Social Creative team, Social Strategy, Social Studios, internal creators, and external collaborators to bring ideas to life across multiple EMEA markets at scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Social-First Creative for SharkNinja Brands Across EMEA
  • Serve as the creative lead and tastemaker for SharkNinja brands (Shark and Ninja) on social across EMEA — with primary focus on the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain — in tight collaboration with the Global Social Creative team and VP, Social Creative
  • Develop social-first ideas that balance entertainment, product storytelling, and cultural relevance for both new and existing products across organic, paid, and influencer/creator content
  • Ensure creative work is designed to travel across markets and platforms — through sharing, remixing, and conversation — while respecting local cultural nuance
  • Create, Direct, and Ship
  • Write, edit, and shape content across short-form video, stills, and emerging formats — adapting for local audiences and platforms across EMEA markets
  • Direct shoots virtually and in-person with internal creators, studios, and partners across EMEA — from lo-fi to higher-production moments
  • Collaborate closely with internal creators, Social Studios, and local market teams to translate ideas into scalable, market-relevant content outputs
  • Partner Across Teams and Markets
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Global Social Creative team, Brand, Social Strategy, Influencer, and Media partners to ensure EMEA social creative is aligned with global brand vision while being locally excellent
  • Help shape creator and influencer creative across EMEA markets by providing strong concepts, direction, and feedback
  • Act as the creative connective tissue between global strategy, local market needs, and execution
  • Raise the Creative Bar
  • Push for work that is culturally fluent, platform-native, and unmistakably social-first across each EMEA market
  • Identify what’s working, what’s stale, and where each market’s brand presence should experiment next
  • Contribute to evolving creative playbooks and best practices across the social org, ensuring EMEA learnings feed back into global creative strategy
What Success Looks Like
  • Social content across EMEA markets that earns engagement because it’s worth engaging with
  • Clear creative POV for SharkNinja brands on social in each key EMEA market, with content that feels native to each audience
  • Work that people share, reference, and talk about — not just scroll past — across the UK, France, Germany, and beyond
  • Strong partnership with the Global Social Creative team, local studios, and creators that results in consistent, high-quality output across markets
Who You Are
  • 6–8+ years of experience in social-first creative, content, or creator-led environments, ideally with multi-market or international experience - specifically in France
  • A true hybrid: you can think conceptually and execute hands-on across diverse markets and audiences
  • Fluent in internet culture, platforms, and formats across EMEA — you understand what works in different markets and why
  • Comfortable directing others across time zones and cultures, but never afraid to make things yourself
  • Opinionated, collaborative, and allergic to boring content — with the cultural sensitivity to adapt ideas for local relevance
