AI at SharkNinja

At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers.

Overview

At SharkNinja, we don’t just build products—we create consumer-first experiences that delight millions of customers around the world. Digital Sharks is our early careers program for the eCommerce Pure Players business — the team responsible for how SharkNinja shows up on the world’s largest marketplaces, including Amazon, Mercado Libre and Takealot. This program exists to turn that attention into revenue. We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our Pure Players Sales team and take ownership of how our most important products perform on the world’s largest marketplaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the health of our top SKUs across availability, competitive pricing, affordability and TACoS%.
  • Reach 95% acceptable status across those measures by the end of your first 30-day sprint.
  • Monitor performance daily and resolve issues at source with supply chain, pricing, media and content teams.
  • Track competitor pricing and promotional activity, and flag risks to the commercial team early.
  • Build and maintain weekly reporting on SKU health for regional leadership.
  • Support the 4P plan to win and help close the gap to number one in your priority categories.
  • Work alongside marketplace commercial contacts to unlock growth opportunities in your market.
  • Participate in the program operating rhythm, including daily stand-ups, 30-day sprint reviews and weekly Show & Tell sessions where you present your own work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, asking questions and working collaboratively to get to a better answer. You’ll likely be:

  • A recent graduate, or in the final year of a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, International Business or a related discipline.
  • Commercially curious — you want to understand why one product outsells another that looks identical on the page.
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and a bias to action.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data to identify trends and support decision making.
  • A confident communicator who can turn complex information into something clear and actionable.
  • Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Portuguese if the role is based in Brazil. Working fluency in English is required in all locations.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Exposure to Amazon, Mercado Libre, Takealot or another marketplace, whether through study, internship or your own selling.
  • An interest in pricing, promotional strategy or category management.
  • Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools.
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics such as ACoS or TACoS.
  • Working knowledge of advanced Excel or SQL.

What You’ll Gain

At SharkNinja, you’ll be trusted with meaningful work from day one. You’ll own a named market and a named business outcome, working alongside experienced commercial leaders on results the business is measured by. You’ll benefit from:

  • Ownership of a defined market and a measurable business outcome from your first month.
  • Mentoring and coaching from an experienced manager, plus a named mentor one level above them.
  • Direct exposure to the world’s largest marketplaces — Amazon, Mercado Libre and Takealot.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native tools.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Digital Marketing, Performance Data, Marketplace Affiliates and Media teams.
  • Visibility with senior leaders through weekly Show & Tell sessions, where you present your own work.
  • Professional development, networking opportunities and participation in our Early Careers community.
