SharkNinja is looking for a Manager, Creator Programs to own the strategy and infrastructure behind our mid-tier and micro creator ecosystem. This is not an influencer campaign role — it is a program leadership role focused on designing scalable systems, building and leading a high-volume creator roster, and turning UGC into a repeatable, high-performing content engine across our brand portfolio.
You will sit at the intersection of social, influencer, and creator commerce — setting the direction and operational standards for a program that runs and evolves at global scale. This role launches without direct reports but is scoped at the manager level — team growth is anticipated as the program matures.
What you’ll own:
- Creator roster and pipeline: Own the strategy and growth of our mid-tier and micro creator portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Define pipeline standards — including sourcing criteria, vetting frameworks, and onboarding protocols.
- Program operations: Lead end-to-end program operations across the full creator lifecycle — briefing, contracting, content review, approvals, payment coordination, and off-boarding.
- UGC infrastructure: Own the systems and infrastructure strategy that enables the program to operate at scale.
- Content quality and compliance: Set and own the content quality and compliance standards for the program.
- Performance reporting: Own program performance reporting and the optimization roadmap.
- Cross-functional coordination: Lead cross-functional alignment across Influencer, Creator Commerce, Paid Media, and Social teams.
What you bring:
- 5–7 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations.
- Hands-on experience with creator platforms (CreatorIQ, Later/Mavrck, Mavely, or similar).
- Strong systems thinker — you build process where there isn’t one and improve it where there is.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer.
- Highly organized; comfortable managing multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate-adjacent creator models, and UGC content for paid amplification is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland social and creator landscape.
