- Issue product invitations with time-bound response windows and a disciplined follow-up cadence; educate creators and fast-follow with samples.
- Drive posts toward aggressive early-view and engagement targets; trigger performance-based paid amplification behind winning posts, with creators continuing to earn commission.
- Manage the full CRM pipeline — outreach, SLAs, samples, go-lives, performance — and recommend which creators to graduate, boost, or exit.

What you'll bring:
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.

- Strong analytical instincts — comfortable with social listening, sentiment, and monthly KPI reporting that turns creator data into decisions.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis, with examples you can speak to.
