About The Role
The Inventory Planning team ensures the right products are available in the right locations to support SharkNinja’s fast-growing European business. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in positioning inventory effectively across our network. Working closely with the Inventory Manager, you will help route inbound containers, optimise warehouse capacity, and maintain smooth operational flow across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who has strong analytical skills and a drive to grow within inventory, supply, and demand planning.
- Partner with the Inventory Manager to route inbound containers to the appropriate distribution centers, ensuring optimal stock placement and customer order availability.
- Actively monitor warehouse capacity and work with Logistics and Inbound teams to identify constraints, elevate risks, and maintain seamless operations.
- Balance inventory across B2B and B2C channels to support commercial demand and deliver against sales plans.
- Align closely with Sales, Order Management, Inbound Logistics, and Country Logistics teams to maintain clear communication and end-to-end visibility from inbound flow to final delivery.
- Produce clear reporting and KPI visibility, highlighting delays, risks, or process bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data insights that drive proactive supply decisions.
- Serve as a first point of contact for queries related to stock, inventory position, and flow of goods.
