As an Associate Production Artist, you will join SharkNinja’s in-house Creative Production team and contribute to bringing products to market through accurate, high-quality production work. Working alongside experienced production artists, designers, brand managers, and project teams, you will develop your production skills while supporting asset delivery across packaging, retail, and digital channels.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to build a strong foundation in production craft, learn professional workflows, and grow within a fast-paced global creative environment.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU’LL GET TO DO:

  • Support the production team in preparing and adapting assets across packaging, retail displays, and digital channels under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in adapting assets for regional markets, following localization guidelines and working with translation partners as directed.
  • Learn and apply SharkNinja production standards, file naming conventions, and asset management practices.
  • Assist in building and maintaining production files for global product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Review your own work carefully before delivery, checking for accuracy and consistency against brand and production standards.
  • Incorporate feedback from proofs, markups, and creative reviews to deliver accurate, on-brand production work.
  • Participate in project management workflows using platforms such as Workfront or Wrike, tracking task status and communicating progress.
  • Contribute to organized, well-structured shared file systems and asset libraries.
  • Explore and apply AI-assisted design tools under guidance, building familiarity with emerging production workflows.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Recent graduate from a college or trade school program in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field; internship or relevant production experience preferred.
  • Foundational proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of print and digital production basics, including file formats, resolution, and color modes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to catching errors and inconsistencies before work reaches review.
  • Eagerness to learn production best practices, brand systems, and file management standards.
  • Receptive to feedback and able to apply direction from proofs and markups with precision.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Portfolio or work samples for consideration.
