Location: London, Paris, Frankfurt, Italy, and Spain

Full-time, start date 1st September - end date 31st December

This role: ShopSharks power a new way SharkNinja approaches eCommerce. You'll own a market-and-category cell (e.g., Beauty – France) with a mandate of total coverage: hunt every affiliate creator in that space, know their content cold, and bring the best into the SharkNinja program — working inside our eCommerce affiliate/selection platforms, our CRM, and alongside the affiliate leads already driving this work.

What you'll do:

  • Map and hunt every relevant affiliate in your market × category using our eCommerce affiliate selection platforms and AI-powered discovery
  • Review creators' content and memorialize their highest-performing work in the CRM to ground selection decisions in evidence
  • Run a structured selection process and extend targeted invitations with differentiated, target-tier commission structures
  • Issue product invitations with time-bound response windows and a disciplined follow-up cadence; educate creators and fast-follow with samples
  • Drive posts toward aggressive early-view and engagement targets; trigger performance-based paid amplification behind winning posts, with creators continuing to earn commission
  • Manage the full CRM pipeline — outreach, SLAs, samples, go-lives, performance — and recommend which creators to graduate, boost, or exit
  • Use AI to scale personalized outreach and reporting; present pipeline health and market learnings to leaders

What you'll bring:

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year
  • Native TikTok fluency: creator ecosystem, trends, and what converts; eCommerce seller/affiliate platform experience a strong plus
  • A hunter's mentality — high-volume, personalized outreach with relentless follow-up — plus disciplined CRM habits
  • Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns end-to-end — briefing, product seeding and sample logistics, content review and approvals, go-live, and reporting
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable with social listening, sentiment, and monthly KPI reporting that turns creator data into decisions
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis, with examples you can speak to
  • Experience at a social platform, beauty/prestige brand, consumer products company, talent agency, or high-velocity social commerce team is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and market cultural fluency; French required for Paris, German for Frankfurt
