What You’ll Do
Join the CRM team in Leeds on a 6 month FTC, hybrid 3 days a week in office.
- Oversee and optimise Bloomreach’s CRM systems to drive customer engagement.
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) using Bloomreach Engagement.
- Analyse customer data and behaviour to personalise experiences and improve retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Track and report on CRM performance metrics, using Bloomreach’s analytics tools.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure best practices in CRM execution.
- Lead A/B testing and optimisation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless integration of Bloomreach’s CRM platform with other marketing tools.
What You’ll Bring
