About The Role
At SharkNinja, we’re obsessed with delivering consumer delight through innovation, speed, and exceptional execution. As our new Ecommerce Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our high-performing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team — owning the delivery new product launches on D2C, bringing them to life across multiple channels and markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- This role will be owning the D2C delivery of new product launches across both Shark and Ninja.
- Coordinating campaign activity for new product launches across teams, ensuring content is delivered on time and new products are launched smoothly
- Managing the day-to-day flow of D2C marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels
- Leading campaign planning meetings, aligning timelines, actions, and deliverables with internal stakeholders
- Tracking campaign KPIs and supporting the team with performance reporting and insight sharing
- Partnering with Marketing, Trading, and Merchandising teams to ensure campaigns support wider digital and commercial goals
- Helping manage workloads and priorities within the digital team to keep delivery on track
- Supporting continuous improvement of campaign planning, delivery, and reporting processes
- Building trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and external agencies where required
- Supporting team members from campaign inception through execution and wrap-up
What You’ll Bring

- Strong organisational skills and a love of structure, process, and meeting deadlines
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or campaign delivery role, ideally in digital or eCommerce
- An understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, CRM, and Paid Social
- A cool head under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar
- A curious mindset — always asking “why” and looking for ways to do things better
