Role This is a maternity-cover opportunity for an experienced accounts payable professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires self-motivation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration with the business.
Responsibilities
- Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Record invoices onto Excel trackers.
- Process a high volume of invoices.
- Reconcile statements to the ledgers.
- Weekly payment runs and allocations.
- Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Support other team members when required.
Skills and Experience
- Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A can-do attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
